About Christopher R. Burden, DC
Dr. Christopher Burden brings over two decades of clinical and sports performance experience to his work with athletes and golfers looking to elevate their game. A graduate of the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic (Cum Laude), he completed a neurology-focused internship and earned full National Board certification, including physiotherapy. He also received advanced training in the Graston Technique and other soft-tissue therapies, enhancing his ability to address muscular and fascial restrictions that impact movement and performance. Originally from New York, he established his first practice in Connecticut before founding Burden Chiropractic & Wellness in Historic Roswell, Georgia, where his focus now centers on golf performance and movement optimization.
Grounded in functional movement, neuromuscular activation, and strength & conditioning, Dr. Burden’s approach is built on more than twenty years of golf-specific study. His doctoral thesis — Increasing the Linear Velocity of a Golf Club Using Chiropractic Modalities — examined how mobility, alignment, and spinal mechanics translate directly to clubhead speed and power. As a Titleist Performance Institute–certified clinician (Level 1 and Golf 2), he integrates advanced movement screening, physical training, and simulator-based analysis using the Full Swing Pro Series 2.0 and Full Swing KIT launch monitor to help golfers unlock maximum speed, power, and precision. Dr. Burden works with players — from dedicated amateurs to competitive athletes — who are ready to stop chasing swing tips and start training the body that truly drives performance.
Dr. Burden and his wife, Erin, live in Roswell with their children, Hunter, Isabella & Savannah, and rescue dog, Blue.
