8-Week Golf Performance Program With Dr. Burden
Following your evaluation appointment, you’ll begin an eight-week progression (two visits per weeks) that blends:
Myofascial treatment (i.e. ART, Graston) and chiropractic manipulation for movement restoration
Targeted strength/core stability training, as well as mobility improvement
Guided swing instruction using the Full Swing Pro Series 2.0 Simulator and Full Swing KIT Launch Monitor
Each 75-minute session builds precision, power, and consistency — helping you move better, play stronger, and perform your best on and off the course.
